I am a 25 year old female. I want to know how long after lip fillers can you kiss?

I would wait at least 1 to 2 days before kissing after a Lip Augmentation with fillers to allow swelling to settle down and prevent displacement of the filler material.

Generally 48 hours later you can do anything. BUT you will still likely have some swelling in your lips, which can make them sore.

Typically about 48 to 72 hours depending on your comfort. They may be a little sore.

Immediately. No contraindication to kissing. Just might be a bit sore and swollen.

Hi and thanks for your question!

There are no specific restrictions against kissing after getting lip fillers. The lips typically swell from the procedure which will make them a bit sore. Once that passes, you're good to go, and kissing is highly encouraged.
