I am a 54 year old male. I will have a shoulder surgery. How long after shoulder surgery does pain last?

Depends on the surgery. I break it down to 3 phases. Pain first comes from surgery. Second it comes from stiffness and last from weakness. Average time is 3-4 months.
Depends on what surgery it was, but usually at least two months.
