I am a 19 year old female and l often have hand spasms. How often should I be experiencing hand spasms?

Hand spasms should not be occuring. Please see a neurologist.
In general, you shouldn’t be experiencing hand spasms at all. If they persist you should seek medical evaluation with an orthopaedic surgeon.
This depends on potassium in your body. If your muscles are overused or underused they can spasm. There are several diseases that can cause spasm. If it persists you may need workup for these
