I want to take my 9 year old daughter to get allergy testing. How old must a child be for an allergy test?

She can most certainly have allergy testing. When appropriate or indicated we can even do testing in infancy.
Your daughter certainly can get tested as a 9 year-old. If necessary and indicated, we do test children much younger than 9 (infants, toddlers and babies).
