I am suffering from an anxiety disorder which causes me to panic even when I am doing routine jobs. What is the course of treatment for panic disorder? Can it ever be treated?

Yes panic disorders are treated very successfully. First one needs to understand why you are getting them. You need to be seen by a psychologist or physician or physciatry Something is triggering the reaction. Get checked out. If you have a nice family dr see him or her. You can then be referred.
