How to treat neuroblastoma in a child?

My 2 year old daughter was diagnosed with having a neuroblastoma. The doctor said that the tumor lies in her abdomen. How is this treated?

So sorry to hear this, Chemotherapy is needed to treat neuroblastoma. Surgery may be needed as well.
