I am worried about my prostate enlargement. Please help.
I have recently been diagnosed with an enlarged prostate. While I am given to understand this is a common occurrence in men, it is worrying me. Can this cause any kind of complications in my health or is it normal?

Normal with age, but study the problem.
Yes it is common for men to have an enlarged prostate. I suggest you see a urologist for Medicines they can put you on to shrink the size of the prostrate and to check your PSA level.
Need to be managed, severe enlargement can cause urinary obstruction.
