Without photos and at least a bit more history it is difficult to say what you have. It should go without saying that any new growth or changes in ones that have been present even for years, merits a visit to a dermatologist to make sure it is not malignant.

It could be many things ranging from breast cancer to benign (not cancerous) growths. See your physician to recommend further evaluation.
