i have pain my hand for three days?
I have had a very panful ache in my hand for three days and it has not gone away. What should I do?

You need to see your doctor, you may need X-Ray and blood test for the diagnosis.
Rest and an anti inflammatory such as ibuprofen.
Does any trauma cause your hand pain? Any swelling? Palm pain or fingers pain ? You could do paraffin bath (at home) on your hand first to see any better changes. But be careful with the wax temperature.
Tell your doctor. There is probably a simple fix that could be done by a PT, but most likely it wil clear up in its own.
Take NSAIDs and give it time.
There are many different potential causes. At first, rest and anti-inflammatory medicine can work. If it does not, consult a physician.
