I think I might have Petechiae. Should I see a doctor?
I've had what looks like red freckles on my hand for the past 48 hours. Today, my throat is slightly irritated, almost like it's swollen. Is this something I should wait out for the next few days or should I see a doctor sooner?

Yes, see a doctor right away. Can be signs of serious infections.
Unless you have unprovoked nosebleeds or gum bleeding, I would wait a few days.
