• if your kidney is shriveled are you missing the adrenal gland that goes on it?

I was born with one normal kidney and one dysplastic one. I'm just wondering if I have two adrenal glands or not, and if that might be the root of my mental issues. I know dopamine is made in the adrenal glands so I was just thinking and this came to mind.
