• At what age can I introduce outside food for my child?

My daughter is 3 years old and I have never taken her out to eat before. When is it the best time to introduce her to outside food (like from a restaurant)?

Children may eat any food at 1 year-old. However, restaurant food has high salt content that's not healthy for all of us. It's fine to give her restaurant food but just not often. Or you may request less salt from the restaurant.

Homemade fresh food is always best! However, 5 is fair game.

It is rare that a child gets to 3 years old without eating out. There is no set time. When they are sitting up eating table food it is easier to feed them. When any new food is introduced, watch for signs of allergy, vomiting, hives, or trouble breathing

At 3 years of age, a child may be introduced to food cooked outside as long as you take her to an authentic place with high ratings, and those which follow strict hygienic standards.
