• Is chiropractic treatment good for lower back pain?

I'm 40 years old, and I get body aches from my vitamin D deficiency, mainly in my lower back. Is chiropractic treatment good for this?

Chiropractors are trained to determine the cause of your pain and develop a plan for correction. If you are also dealing with a vitamin D deficiency, having a chiropractor who is trained in nutrition would help you to balance that as well.

If the lower back pain is from a Vitamin D deficiency it would be a good idea to take a Vitamin D3 supplement and see if that fixes your pain. If not, Chiropractic is a good option to explore.
