Is it normal for your speech to slur with a migraine?
I get migraines every so often, but my recent one involved me slurring my words. My mom actually thought I was drunk because it was so bad. Is slurred speech sometimes normal with migraines, or could this be something else?

Slurred speech can sometimes be associated with so called brain stem migraines. These are relatively rare. It sounds like these symptoms are als new to you.
I would recommend contacting your primary care physician to help look into this further.

You should consult with a neurologist but yes a migraine can cause temporary motor speech problems.
