Is it safe for babies to be around cats?
I have a 2 month old baby and a cat. I have read that cats can spread disease to babies. Is this true? Is it safe for babies to be around cats?

Cats can spread parasites in the stool that pregnant mothers changing the litter box can catch. If they go outside, they can also bring in fleas and ticks. Also the personality of the cat if more aggressive, needs to stay away from the bab.
