Paracetamol, another name is Tylenol, may help headaches.

I’m not familiar with that but I do know that physical therapy can alleviate a lot of the tension that your muscles create that cause the headaches.

Usually it helps. But headaches have different causes which need to be determined, especially if they persist despite medication and if with other accompanying symptoms. It could just be the tip of the iceberg.

Paracetamol is basically Tylenol. Really, no drug is "good" for headaches. Meaning, the best treatment for a condition is finding out why the headache is there, medication such as Tylenol help with the symptoms, but doesn't get at the problem. Find a good neurologist. Find the cause and stop taking medications.

There are many reasons for headaches. It is best for you to seek a medical professional to examine you and take your history in order to best answer your questions.

Paracetamol also known as Acetaminophen is good gor headaches as long as you fo not ecceed 4000 mg per day .
If you consume alcohol heavily do not exceed 3000 mg /day
If you take coumadin (warfarin) do not exceed 2000mg\day.
Persistant headaches that require you to take a pain killer regularly should be checked by a Doctor to rule out any underlying causes.
