Refresh is just one company that makes artificial tears. It is a good brand. Sometimes it is not enough to just use artificial tears. You need to be evaluated what is your tear deficiency is caused by. We do have other options for dry eye treatment. Please see your eye care provider
Refresh is a good tear drop with a very reputable company. You can try using it 4 times a day, especially when you wake and go to sleep. Also good to use when doing computer work.
