• Is surgery an option for childhood sleep apnea?

My son has sleep apnea, but it isn't from obesity. He has enlarged adenoids that's causing him to have trouble breathing while sleeping. If we have his adenoids removed, will it also cure his sleep apnea?

Yes, it should take care of the problem. Many people have the same problem and removing the adenoids takes care of the problem. I do wish your son and you well. oledochouse
