I want to know is there such a thing as a diet for Lupus SLE patients with RA?

I am sure there are many diets that are touted as beneficial, however, I am not aware of any that have been proven. A healthy balanced diet would be recommended and there are diets specific to any conditions (i.e., renal disease, obesity, or diabetes) that may coexist with lupus.
