I have a severe itching inside my nose and it is irritating me. It doesn't go away when I blow my nose. Could it be due to an allergic reaction?

Yes, it could.

It could be an allergic reaction - such as an inhalant allergy, but given its persistence, I'm more inclined to think that it could be a contact allergy (make-up, lotions, etc), a bacterial inflammation of the hair follicles (nasal vestibulitis), a dermatologic condition, or even atrophic rhinitis.

Have an otolaryngologist take a look.

Hello,

This can be certainly an allergic reaction as well as a response to an allergen or a chemical irritant in the air.

It probably is but have it checked by a physician just to be sure there is no other problem present

Probable allergic or irritant rhinitis
