• Is knee pain associated with vitamin D deficiency?

I can hear a clicking sound every time I bend my knees. There is also slight pain around my knees when I walk a lot. Could this be from my vitamin D deficiency?

It would be unlikely to be caused by a Vitamin D deficiency. What you are describing (painful clicking, pain surrounding your knee) are more indicative of an internal derangement, whether it be arthritis or a ligamentous/meniscal tear.

Not likely. This is likely a sign of "wear and tear" of the knee joint, called osteoarthritis.
