Do menstrual cups really prevent the risk of getting a UTI?
I recently read an article about menstrual cups and they said that these are good because of hygiene. Do they really reduce the risk of getting a UTI?

I am not too familiar with menstraul cups. Good hygiene is always good practice to prevent UTIs.
Increased fluid intake will help to prevent infection.
There are no good studies supporting this claim.
