• Loss of movement and language from meningitis.

A patient was suffering with bacterial meningitis about 6 months ago. Now the inflammation is reduced but the patient can't speak and can't move his right hand and lower limbs. He continues to take gabapentin, sodium valproate, and some brain tonics. Which medicine should we use for recovering his lingual and limbs movement?
