Yes, Naproxen and Paroxetine can be taken together. Naproxen inhibits the prostaglandin production that helps with the stomach lining. Which makes it more susceptible to stomach acids leading to inflammation, ulcers and bleeding. Even SSRIs like paroxetine can affect serotonin receptors in the gastrointestinal tract which can lead to cramping, increased motility, and also impairs the function of platelets which can also cause increased risk of bleeding. So its important to be aware of the signs and symptoms of bleeding when you are on both the meds.

No, I do not recommend taking Naproxen and Paroxetine together. This may result in an increased risk of bleeding. If you are looking for a medication for pain, fever, or headache, you can take Tylenol, along with Paroxetine.
