• nasal adenoid surgery

I have had nasal adenoid surgery twice, and the last time I did it was about 6 years ago. I feel the presence of dry mucus in the nose most of the time and dry blood sometimes. Is it possible for the adenoids to come back again?

If surgery is done right and all the adenoid tissue is removed, then it can't grow back. Please consult another ENT who and do nasal endoscopic examination and also evaluate your sinuses. You may need CT scan of sinuses and consultation with allergist

No
Dry nasal membranes are not related to your adenoids

Adenoids can grow back after surgery. It would be uncommon but not impossible for them to grow back after a second surgery. You may not have an adenoid problem now. You may be developing problems with your sinuses.

Adenoids commonly grow back to some extent after surgery especially in childhood. Your dry mucus can be from a number of things, best discussed comprehensively with your ENT doctor.
