Is there a natural way to treat a sinus infection?
Usually I get a sinus infection every year and I kind of just wait it out. It's painful. Are there natural ways to treat them??

Saline lavages are sometimes helpful. They sometimes don't work.
There is possibly an allergic trigger that occurs during the time of your sinus infection. There might also be a rhinosinus obstruction. Check with an otolaryngologist.
