Are there any natural ways to whiten your teeth?
I have been using whitening toothpaste forever, and am starting to notice my enamel is deteriorating. Are there any natural ways to whiten your teeth?

The toothpaste could be too abrasive for the teeth.
The only way I have found to whiten the teeth is with custom trays made by a dentist. I have never found an over the counter alternative that is as effective or as safe.
Not really. The only product which whitens teeth is Peroxide gel.
High abtessive tooth paste
The only products that should be used are those with the American Dental Association stamp of approval indicating that consistent research has produced product to yield the best results. Avoid using topical products like peroxide, which is not meant for oral use.
