Pain after a vasectomy is uncommon, but some men may develop post-vasectomy pain syndrome (PVPS). PVPS is a rare complication that can cause chronic pain in one or both testicles that lasts for three months or longer after the procedure.

This is completely normal. Make sure youre wearing supportive underwear and take Advil. All of this should resolve by two weeks postoperatively.
