have pain in my left testicle like i’ve pulling of the muscle is this normal

It depends on how long ago your vasectomy was. If in the last few weeks, that is not uncommon. If several months ago you probably need to get checked out. Could be infection, sperm granuloma, scar, etc. RSN
Hopefully, it will resolve. Better to follow up with your Urologist>
