Pain
I'm having pain in my neck right at my jaw line. It's sore to the touch and it's causing pain in my teeth and my ear. I also have a knot right under my ear lobe. It hurts when I swallow or move a certain way.

I tried to find your question on the site, but did not. You should see you GP and get the knot evaluated. If there is anything to worry about, s/he will know what to do.
