Pneumonia
I've been having back pain by my shoulder and chest pain. I also have been coughing blood for 4 days. I get the sweats, and I've been feeling so weak--I don’t want to get up from bed and I have a lost of appetite. I can get worse if I don’t treat myself now. What should I do?

You should get a chest x-ray and be seen promptly. You may have pneumonia and may need to be on antibiotics
