Not particularly.
Probiotics are safe and provide good digestive health. If you are not having bowel issues, there is no reason to take a probiotic. There is no benefit if your digestive system is functioning fine.
A well-balanced diet that includes yogurt is adequate to maintain intestinal health and provide a natural source of probiotics.
