Sharp pain in my lower left abdomen?

I have intense shooting sharp pain in my lower left abdomen. Any idea on what it could be?

Most likely diverticulitis...please go to ER

Could be diverticulitis, inflammation in pockets in the colon, need CT scan and likely antibiotics
