Can shortness of breath during pregnancy be related to the heart?
My sister is 32 years old and is in her first trimester of pregnancy. She is experiencing shortness of breath and gets tired too fast. Could it be some pressure on her heart?

Yes. Would get an ECG and an echo to make sure.
Possibly. Ask her OB for cardiac referral or an echocardiogram.
