Id say going to a doctor is a good idea, and Ill tell you why. This might be a simple case of cerumen impaction in your ear and lymphadenopathy under the chin, but in eleven years, Ive seen things that turned out to be much more complicated. I dont want to frighten you, but I also dont want to minimize your concerns. Get checked out to be sure.

You need to be seen by a provider, to rule out an infection process in your ear, nose, throat and lymph nodes.

Yes, you should see the doctor. You have an infection somewhere that needs treatment. Your body is weak from fighting the infection and it may even be in you bloodstream, which is lifethreatening.

I believe the amount of time and constellation of symptoms warrants a physical examination and perhaps a few studies

Yes, if these symptoms Have continued for a month and are not getting better. I would recommend seeing a doctor to check for ear infection or other concerns that might be contributing.

The ball under the jaw may be a growth and the cause of the plugged feeling. You definitely have to see the doctor.

A good decision would be seeing your Dr. or a E.N.T. consult.
Is seems that there is a middle ear or upper right tooth infection which might be creating this scenario... a history with an examination will certainly help you get better. Please see your Dr.

Definitely see your doctor. Your gland seems to be swollen. Could be mono or any other bacterial infection
