I am a 24 year old female. I want to know if I should take prenatal vitamins after a miscarriage?

Yes, you can still take a prenatal vitamin after pregnancy loss. Prenatal vitamins are recommended for any woman of child bearing age.

I am so sorry to hear about your miscarriage. If you have a normal diet, there is no need to continue, however, if you plan on getting pregnant soon in a few months, you might as well continue them.
