Is it normal to get sick two times per month?
My 5 year old son has been sick twice last month. He had a sinus infection the first week of the month, and strep throat the last week of the month. Is this normal, or could there be a larger underlying problem?

If each illness was carefully diagnosed, it may just be bad luck, especially if he's been healthy till now -- make sure each is properly and adequately treated, then watch and wait. If there are recurrences or other worrisome signs, work up for underlying disease.
