• My surgery is in an outpatient facility. What happens if I have any complications?

I'm getting jaw surgery to correct my sleep apnea (since we found out the main cause of it is from my jaw). But I didn't realize it was going to be in an outpatient facility, which makes me extremely nervous. What if any complications happen during the surgery and need a hospital? Would I be sent there?

You had better discuss this with your surgeon.

Doctor is trained and anesthesiologist has all the equipment and drugs. In severe situation they should be able to call the ambulance
