Can I take an anti-allergy medication and a paracetamol together?
I am having a severe rash due to my lactose intolerance now I am also having a fever. Is it safe to take an anti-allergy medication along with a paracetamol or could it cause counter interactions?

Generally speaking yes unless you're allergic to either of them
You can take them together
Both paracetamol and antihistamine such as loratadine, cetirizine can be take together.
