I'm concerned for my wife and our baby on the way. My wife is 18 weeks pregnant and tests positive for lupus. She also takes enoxapirin injections. Can she still have a healthy, successful pregnancy? Is my wife in any danger because of the pregnancy and injections and lupus?

Enoxoprin is used for DVT prophylaxis. There are different effects organs imvolved with lupius. I would recommend seeing a high risk specialist or a maternal fetal medicine specialist.
