My father is going through chemotherapy and is now passing traces of blood in his urine. What could this mean?

Some kind of chemo therapy meds can cause hemorrhagic cystitis. Please tell your physician regarding this.
Lots of things. Possibly cystitis from side effects of the chemotherapeutic agent.
