Was my lymphedema caused by radiation therapy?

I am 37 years old. I had radiation therapy and now have lymphedema. Was my lymphedema caused by radiation therapy?

Normally from surgery due to interruption of drainage from surgical procedure or tumor blocking the lymph channels
