I have a weird pain from my breast bone to my arms. What could be causing this?
I am suffering from a strange pain that starts all of a sudden from the breast bone up to my elbow. I am really confused about why this could be happening. It feels like I strained it but I didn't do anything.

There may be many sources causing your pain. You should start with your family physician and probably obtaining a chest x-ray and possibly an electrocardiogram as the symptoms you describe may also be secondary to heart problems.
Have your shoulder and neck examined.
See a physician for an evaluation and treatment.
