• What are some natural treatments for high blood pressure?

I'm already doing some self-care changes to lower my blood pressure, like stress management and dropping my smoking habit. Are there other things I can do to lower my blood pressure naturally? It's not high enough to take medications for it, but I would like to avoid taking high blood pressure medications.

Please understand that there is a huge difference between Sodium Chloride (normal table salt) and Sea Salt. Sea Salt is natural sodium. When you replace normal table salt and then use Sea Salt instead, your blood pressure will drop in about 3 weeks.

Yes, there are natural herbs and supplements along with diet and exercise that can help lower blood pressure naturally. It sounds like you are already on the right track with the self-care. I would recommend seeking a consultation with a naturopath that could help you navigate the herbs and diet safely.

You need to consult with a specialist in order to identify the root cause of your hypertension. Uncontrolled blood pressure has many undesirable consequences. Please take care of it before it is too late.
