What are the treatments for someone who can't breathe from their nose?
I am a 25 year old female. I always had trouble breathing out of my nose. Could this be a deviated septum?

Hi! Nasal congestion in a young individual is frequently as a result of a deviated nasal septum, a nasal septal spur, or large nasal turbinates. Allergies can also play a role. Certain medicines can be trialed in attempt to improve symtoms. If those don't work, surgery can usually improve symtoms.
