What are the traits of a sociopath?
I think my brother is a high-functioning sociopath. My only reference is Sherlock (the TV show), but my brother is really smart an is particularly awkward. What are the traits of a sociopath?

She/he does not look sensitive to what hurt others. It seems to be narcissistic, egocentric, and maybe sadistic.
