Drops, surgery, or careful monitoring by your eye doctor.

Usually meds (eye drops) first, but you may need a laser procedure. Filtering surgery is usually the last thing.

Usually eye drops. Ask your ophthalmologist.

There are fortunately many options. Elevated pressure is best handled by the complete eye specialist - an ophthalmologist and there are some that specialize in glaucoma. Treatment options to lower the pressure include a variety of topical medications, a few systemic options, laser treatment and operative surgery. The ophthalmologist can do all of these (not so for an optometrist). Discuss what is appropriate for you with your ophthalmologist.

There are a lot of treatments (drops, pills, cardiovascular exercise, sleeping with head elevated 30 degrees, lasers, and surgeries). Please discuss with your doctor which treatment is the right one for you.

Eye drops, laser treatment, surgery. See an ophthalmologist to find out which is the best treatment for you.
