I am a 40 year old male. I have trouble breathing and rarely can through my nose. What can cause nasal obstruction and a breathing problem?

Nasal obstruction can be caused by a foreign object, septal deviation (The septum is the bonny cartilaginous area of the nose), mucus and inflammation. Thank you.
