• What can I do for restless leg syndrome?

My doctor believes that I have restless leg syndrome and he thinks that I should treat it by reducing my stress. Are there other treatment options I can use?

Restless legs is a specific medical illness . Blood tests for iron and ferritin and thyroid function and kidney function and chemistry and look for neuropathy are needed. It would be worth seeing a Sleep specialist or a neurologist. Alcohol makes this worse. Certain medications make it worse. Stress does not have a huge effect in most patients
