What causes constipation in babies?
I think my 8 week old baby is constipated. He seems to be having trouble pooping. What could be causing it and what can I do to help treat it?

Is he just straining or are his stools hard and ball-like? Too much gas meds may make him constipated or soy formula. If he is breast fed, stools may be several days apart, but if they are still loose, he is okay.
